Pen Box

When Scott saw Aviva juggling her calligraphy supplies on her way to and from class in Spring 2001, he took pity on her and made her a box using quarter-sawn white oak scraps left over from his tool cabinet. The box has a tray with cubby holes for her pen nibs that allow her to sort by size and ink type. The tray lifts out, and ink, pens and other supplies fit neatly under the tray. The box was assembled with box joints.
